We've been hearing that we need to get a good night's sleep forever, but for many people, that's easier said than done. Many factors can go into why someone may not get a good night's sleep which can include, not going to bed early enough, stress, and even sleep apnea. Lack of good sleep can really take a negative toll on your mind and body after awhile. When you're consistently tired and groggy, you lack energy and your productivity levels drastically decrease. I can say I've been fortunate to almost always sleep well regardless of where I am and what's going on in my life.
