Carole A. Corns is a very experienced labor and employment attorney who has counseled clients about, written about, litigated and arbitrated a wide variety of employment and labor issues and cases. She is particularly experienced and adept in interpreting and explaining state and federal anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, and employee leave laws. Carole has experience in federal district court, Cook County Circuit court, the Illinois Labor Relations Board, and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. She enjoys the challenge of researching and writing about new areas of law, especially when they include privacy issues. She is an effective, persuasive communicator. Carole is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and served as a contributing editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
